In4Matic is seeking a seasoned Technical Analyst to join our team in the Brussels region to help design and evolve complex digital solutions. You’ll operate at the intersection of architecture, development, and business needs, translating requirements into reliable, scalable solutions while maintaining long-term system stability.

Qualifications

• Design technical solutions and applications based on functional and technical requirements, in line with IT standards and architecture principles.
• Translate requirements into clear technical designs, including design documentation, UML diagrams, and process descriptions.
• Ensure solutions are correctly implemented, integrated, tested, and rolled out across relevant systems.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of a broad IT landscape, including how applications interact.
• Safeguard long-term quality, maintainability, and reliability of applications and platforms.
• Prepare and execute test cases, including unit and non-regression testing, and identify required regression tests.

You’ll operate at the intersection of architecture, development, and business needs, helping transform functional and technical requirements into reliable, scalable solutions within a demanding IT environment. Working alongside architects, developers, analysts, and operational stakeholders, you’ll contribute to high-quality delivery while keeping long-term maintainability and system stability firmly in focus.

• Translate requirements into clear technical designs, including design documentation, UML diagrams, and process descriptions.

Technical Profile

• 6+ years of experience in technical analysis or a comparable role.
• Strong knowledge of .NET and SQL/NoSQL, with solid understanding of design patterns, software engineering, system integration, administration, and data monitoring.
• Experience producing technical documentation, UML diagrams, and solution designs.
• Familiarity with, or strong motivation to develop expertise in, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), containerization, and cloud technologies.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure is a strong advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Angular is a plus.
• Hands-on understanding of unit testing and non-regression testing.

Languages: Fluent Dutch and English are required.
