Jems Group in Belgium is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our expanding Belgium team. You will act as the trusted bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating visions into actionable requirements and guiding functional design.

With at least 3 years in business analysis, you will collaborate with clients across the Benelux, speaking French, Dutch and English, and drive delivery in an Agile environment while ensuring high-quality solutions and stakeholder

Qualifications

• You have a degree in engineering or a reputable university.
• You have at least 3 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst.
• You are fluent in French, Dutch and English (written and spoken).

Responsabilités

• Translate Vision into Action by gathering and refining requirements from various business lines.
• Agile Specification: draft functional specifications in an iterative, flexible yet precise way.
• Functional Design: lead analysis for new developments and evolving existing solutions.
• External Collaboration: coordinate with third‑party suppliers and integrate tools into client ecosystems.
• Ensuring Quality: define functional test cases and lead acceptance testing.
• Continuous Support: provide third‑level support and handle production incidents.
