NN Belgium is seeking a Functional Analyst to bridge business and development teams within an Agile IT Delivery context in Brussels. You will collect, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional solutions, ensuring alignment with architectural vision and end-to-end impacts.

You will collaborate with analysts and developers, lead test scenarios, and document functional rules and calculations. A proactive, ownership-driven mindset and strong English/French skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Functional Analyst.
• Experience with functional analysis deliverables (e.g. context diagrams, UML, flow diagrams, sequence diagrams, user stories/use cases, logical data models, fit-gap analyses).
• Strong English and good French proficiency.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, hands-on mindset.
• Experience with in-house development and/or package implementation.
• Excellent communication skills with teams and stakeholders.
• Team player with ownership and an Agile mindset.
• Ability to translate requirements into clear functional documentation for developers.
• Willingness to support administrative and team tasks to ensure service continuity.
• Nice to have: knowledge of programming, APIs, or DMS.
