Capgemini Belgium is seeking a Functional Analyst to translate business needs into detailed functional solutions within an enterprise context. You will bridge business stakeholders and IT delivery teams, ensuring alignment with architecture, security, and governance standards across the full solution lifecycle.

Requirements include at least 6 years of relevant experience as a Functional Analyst, strong analytical and communication skills, and knowledge of banking domain.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience as a Functional Analyst or similar role.
• Knowledge of the banking domain and related technical environments.
• Solid understanding of structured analysis methodologies.

Responsabilités

• Translate business requirements into detailed functional requirements.
• Align with asset teams on functional responsibilities and scope.
• Design the application solution and identify impacts across components per architecture.
• Coordinate with technical teams to specify functional and non-functional requirements.
• Follow up development and testing activities to ensure alignment with specifications.
• Support release and deployment activities across environments and assist during I&T.
