Agfa-Gevaert is seeking a Senior Support Engineer / Domain Expert to troubleshoot complex incidents in enterprise healthcare IT environments. You will own issues end-to-end, analyze diagnostics, and coordinate across regional teams, Cloud Operations, Product Management, and R&D.

You will help prevent incidents by improving monitoring, sharing knowledge, and contributing to proactive support. Fluent English required with bonus cross-cultural collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in technical customer support or enterprise software support.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills in business-critical environments.
• Good understanding of enterprise architectures, networking, OS, databases, and integrations.
• Hands-on Kubernetes experience for supporting containerized apps.
• Hands-on AWS experience with cloud infrastructure, networking, and monitoring.
• Experience with ITSM/ITIL-based support processes.
• Healthcare IT experience is an advantage.

• Diagnose and resolve complex incidents affecting enterprise healthcare IT solutions.
• Take end-to-end ownership of technical issues and drive resolution.
• Analyze logs, metrics, and system behavior to identify root causes.
