Job summary

Agfa HealthCare is seeking a Senior DevOps Developer to design, build, and operate automation across the software delivery lifecycle. You will partner with DevOps, Architecture, Development, Security, Managed Services, and Services to improve CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native deployment.

You will own technical topics, guide less experienced engineers, and advance our DevOps practices including GitOps, IaC, and observability.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in DevOps, platform engineering, or software delivery automation.
• Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines and automation.
• Experience with Jenkins, Bitbucket, Gradle, and related tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Bitbucket, Gradle, and related technologies.
• Improve build reliability, pipeline performance, test automation integration, and release automation.
• Support development teams in improving their software delivery workflows.
• Troubleshoot complex build, deployment, and environment issues.
• Contribute to standardization and reuse of pipeline patterns across teams.
• Improve deployment repeatability, traceability, and auditability.
