KOMIS in Brussels is seeking a SharePoint / Microsoft 365 Specialist to administer and progressively develop our SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 environment. You will work on the intranet, hub architecture, team sites, document management, permissions and automation, collaborating with managers and users to translate needs into practical solutions.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of practical professional experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
• Solid knowledge of SharePoint sites, document libraries, permissions, metadata, views and Hub Sites.
• Experience integrating SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Entra ID, security groups and access management.
• Practical experience with SharePoint Lists and Power Automate.
• Ability to understand business processes and translate them into Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation and communication skills.
• Good written and spoken English.

Responsabilités

• Administer, maintain and improve KOMIS's SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 environment.
• Support Project Managers and users with existing SharePoint sites and functionality.
• Configure and progressively develop the SharePoint Online intranet and Hub architecture.
• Create and maintain departmental SharePoint Team Sites connected to Microsoft Teams.
• Configure Hub navigation, Quick Links, News templates and aggregated news.
• Troubleshoot SharePoint and Microsoft 365 issues and implement practical solutions.
• Configure document libraries, metadata, views and information structures.
• Support restructuring and migration of content from existing SharePoint sites.
• Manage Microsoft Entra ID security groups, permissions and access controls, including library-level permissions.
• Help maintain clear, secure and manageable access structures across SharePoint.
• Develop SharePoint Lists and, progressively, Power Automate workflows and Power Apps where useful.
• Identify opportunities to simplify or automate recurring business processes using Microsoft 365 tools.
• Test new configurations and solutions before deployment.
• Document configurations, procedures and solutions and prepare user guidance where needed.
