Netcompany Belgium is seeking a Microsoft Infrastructure Specialist to maintain and optimize enterprise SharePoint environments (2016/2019) and manage Windows-based server infrastructure. The role emphasizes automation with PowerShell, governance, security, and strong collaboration with technical teams.

The ideal candidate has a degree in IT and at least 3 years of experience, excellent English, and a willingness to work in a hybrid environment within Europe’s digital landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience managing SharePoint 2016/2019 environments in medium to large organisations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows Server platforms for administration, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Experience creating and maintaining PowerShell scripts for automation.
• Understanding of identity management, authentication, access control and security best practices.
• Proven ability to manage SharePoint structure, permissions, content organisation and governance.
• Familiarity with SQL Server components supporting SharePoint solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver effective resolutions.
• Excellent English communication; French language knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and optimize enterprise SharePoint 2016/2019 platforms for stability and efficiency.
• Execute deployment, configuration, patching, and lifecycle management across SharePoint.
• Administer Windows-based server infrastructure supporting collaboration services and business apps.
• Develop automation using PowerShell to streamline administrative tasks.
• Implement governance, security controls, and compliance per Microsoft standards.
• Diagnose and remediate incidents affecting platform availability and performance.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business users to provide support and guidance.
• Review platform health and apply updates to maintain a secure environment.
