Netcompany Belgium is seeking a skilled Microsoft Infrastructure Specialist to maintain and optimize SharePoint and Windows server platforms across enterprise environments in Europe. You will implement governance, automation, and security controls while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have a strong background in SharePoint 2016/2019, PowerShell automation, identity management, and English communication, with French a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/CS or related discipline with 3+ years of relevant experience
• Hands-on experience managing SharePoint 2016/2019 in medium to large organisations
• Good knowledge of Windows Server platforms and administration
• Experience creating and maintaining PowerShell scripts for administration and automation
• Understanding of identity management, authentication, access control, and security best practices
• Proven ability to manage SharePoint structure, permissions, and governance
• Familiarity with SQL Server components supporting SharePoint solutions
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills in English; French is a plus

Responsabilités

• Maintain and optimize enterprise SharePoint 2016/2019 platforms for stability and efficiency
• Execute deployment, configuration, patching, and lifecycle management across SharePoint environments
• Administer Windows-based server infrastructure supporting collaboration services and business apps
• Develop automation solutions using PowerShell to streamline admin tasks
• Implement governance, security controls, and compliance measures
• Analyse, diagnose, and remediate incidents affecting platform availability and performance
• Collaborate with technical teams and users to deliver support and knowledge transfer
• Review platform health, assess risks, and apply updates to maintain security and resilience
