Netcompany Belgium is seeking a Microsoft Infrastructure Specialist to maintain and optimize SharePoint environments and Windows server infrastructure across large organisations.

You will deploy configurations, automate tasks with PowerShell, implement governance and security controls, and collaborate with IT colleagues to ensure reliable, scalable services for European institutions and other clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience managing SharePoint 2016/2019 in medium to large organisations.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server platforms and administration.
• Experience creating PowerShell scripts for automation and support.
• Understanding of identity management, access control, and security practices.
• Ability to manage SharePoint structure, permissions and governance.
• Familiarity with SQL Server components supporting SharePoint solutions.
• Excellent written and spoken English; French is a plus.
