NVISO is seeking a Senior SOC Architect to provide senior technical leadership within the Cyber Security Engineering (CEN) Service Line, focusing on complex SOC environments and advanced detection and response capabilities.

You will steer multiple workstreams, translate business needs into pragmatic technical roadmaps, and drive improvements in SOC quality, reporting and operations. Excellent English is required, with professional proficiency in French or Dutch.

Qualifications

• Citizenship in one of the 32 NATO member states or Austrian citizenship.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in cyber security or adjacent technology consulting.
• At least 5 years in senior consulting, technical leadership, architecture or lead roles in complex SOC environments.
• Strong experience with SOC architecture, security operations, detection & response processes.
• Broad understanding of SIEM, detection engineering, SOAR, automation, case management and integrations.
• Ability to lead technical engagements with multiple stakeholders and service providers.
• Excellent communication in English; proficiency in French or Dutch.

Responsabilités

• Act as senior technical lead for complex SOC environments across multiple workstreams.
• Advise customers on SOC architecture, operating models, detection and response capabilities.
• Translate business needs and strategic objectives into pragmatic technical direction and roadmaps.
• Ensure clarity and alignment across customer leadership, PMs, architects and engineers.
• Promote innovation and practical adoption of AI within SOC services.
