BNP Paribas Fortis in Brussels seeks a Senior Scrum Master to lead agile transformation within the Marketing & Communications department. You will guide clusters across 2–3 squads, facilitating ceremonies, driving continuous improvements, and removing blockers to grow agility and ownership.

You will coach squads and stakeholders, fostering an agile culture with strong communication and presentation skills, in a 50% on-site and 50% homeworking setup.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in French, Dutch and English.
• Master degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 3 years as Scrum Master in a transformation context.
• Experience coaching on agile values and mindset.
• Experience with process improvements in complex corporate environments.
• Experience in marketing and communications environments.
