BNP Paribas Fortis is looking for a Senior Scrum Master to join the Agile, Tools and Process team in the new Marketing & Communications department. The team guides and leads the department's agile transformation. The Scrum Master works at cluster level and facilitates agile working across two to three squads. The assignment runs from 1 October 2026 through 30 June 2027 in Brussels.

The role focuses on driving change and agility across the cluster and its squads. You will facilitate agile ceremonies, steer the continuous improvement cycle and work with the Product Owner, squads and other meaningful stakeholders to prioritize impactful improvements. You will support teams in resolving blockers and streamlining processes. The goal is to grow agile maturity, ownership and autonomy while continuously reviewing and evolving ways of working.

Servant leadership and coaching are central to the assignment. You will coach squads in their roles, collaboration, agile values and mindset while fostering an agile culture and effective team dynamics. The environment requires strong communication, presentation, analytical and organisational capabilities, including the ability to motivate people during a difficult transformation. The work arrangement is 50% on site and 50% homeworking, subject to cluster and squad presence.
