Projective Group is seeking a Scrum Master to join its Transformation team for leading agile delivery in major financial services transformations.

You will act as Scrum Master for multiple teams, facilitate ceremonies, mentor Product Owners and stakeholders, and remove impediments to accelerate value delivery in complex, regulated environments. Hybrid work and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Consultant.
• Experience in Financial Services (banking, insurance, payments, asset management).
• Solid understanding of Scrum and practical Agile delivery.
• Scrum Master certification (PSM, CSM, SAFe) is an asset.

What will you do?

As a Scrum Master, you will help financial institutions deliver business and digital transformation initiatives while fostering effective Agile ways of working.

• Act as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams within transformation programmes
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support teams in delivering value effectively
• Mentor teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles and best practices
• Identify and remove impediments to improve team performance and delivery
• Support planning, dependency management, and coordination in complex environments

Your skills & qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch or French and English
• +5 years of experience as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Consultant
• Experience working in Financial Services (banking, insurance, payments, asset management)
• Solid understanding of Scrum and practical Agile delivery
• Scrum Master certification (PSM, CSM, SAFe) is an asset
• Experience in complex or regulated environments
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills
