Job summary

Pauwels Consulting seeks a Senior SAP Manager to lead the evolution and operation of its SAP landscape, bridging business value with reliable service delivery. The role focuses on strategy, governance, and high-performance platforms in a hybrid Belgian setting.

You will define the SAP roadmap, oversee S/4HANA lifecycle, manage budgets and vendors, and drive data, AI, and automation initiatives while ensuring security and governance across the landscape.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in SAP management in complex enterprise environments, incl. SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors.
• 8+ years in process improvement, business transformation, and strategic roadmap development.
• 5+ years in budget/License management and vendor/contract management.
• Expert knowledge of digital service delivery, lifecycle management, and security compliance.
• Able to provide strategic direction and build support without hierarchical authority.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Native Dutch language proficiency.

• You possess expert knowledge of digital service delivery, lifecycle management, and security compliance.
• You're able to provide strategic direction and build support for initiatives without hierarchical authority.
• You bring strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• You have a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• You are native in Dutch.
