Job summary

In4Matic is seeking an experienced Senior SAP Manager to lead the SAP landscape strategy for a long-term consulting engagement in Belgium. You will shape roadmaps, governance, and delivery across SAP S/4HANA and SAP SuccessFactors, aligning business needs with technology strategy.

You will drive transformation, manage budgets and vendor relationships, ensure security and compliance, and coordinate releases while guiding stakeholders without formal hierarchy.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in senior SAP management within a complex environment.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Proven expertise in SAP roadmap development and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business stakeholders in prioritising investments based on business value, risk, available resources, and delivery capacity.
• Drive process optimisation and transformation initiatives to improve the effectiveness and value of the SAP landscape.
• Identify opportunities in SAP, data, AI, and automation, and translate them into concrete business initiatives.
• Align roadmap execution with enterprise architecture, platform lifecycle requirements, budgets, capacity, and supplier constraints.
• Oversee the stability, availability, performance, and continuity of SAP services, ensuring reliable and efficient operations.
• Manage budgets, financial forecasts, software licensing, vendor relationships, and contractual commitments.
• Ensure appropriate security, compliance, audit readiness, and segregation of duties across the SAP environment.
• Coordinate releases, technical and functional dependencies, and resource planning in line with strategic priorities.
• Represent the SAP domain in governance forums, providing clear insights into progress, risks, investment needs, and key decisions.
• Build stakeholder alignment and support for strategic investments, operational improvements, and organisational change.

Your Profile

• Extensive experience in senior SAP management within a complex organisational environment.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Proven expertise in SAP roadmap development, business process improvement, and digital transformation.
• Solid understanding of IT service management, application lifecycle management, security, compliance, and operational governance.
• Experience managing budgets, financial forecasts, software licences, suppliers, and external service providers.
• An interest in innovation, data, artificial intelligence, and automation, with the ability to identify opportunities that deliver tangible business value.
• A strategic mindset combined with the practical skills needed to guide execution and manage operational priorities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to connect business requirements, processes, technology, and service delivery.
• Strong influencing and leadership capabilities, including the ability to guide stakeholders and drive decisions without relying on formal hierarchical authority.
• Comfortable navigating complex governance structures, competing priorities, and multiple interdependent initiatives.
• Fluent Dutch is essential; English is considered an asset.
