Job summary

Rhox seeks a senior SAP manager to translate business needs into a prioritized SAP roadmap and drive value from SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud within the Belgium market. You will manage budgets, align releases, and ensure service availability while coordinating with stakeholders and external partners.

The role requires extensive SAP experience, strong governance skills, and fluency in Dutch and English. You will lead without hierarchical authority and contribute to innovation and automation

Qualifications

• Extensive SAP experience in complex environments including SAP S/4HANA and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience translating business needs into practical roadmaps and prioritised SAP backlog.
• Budget management and forecasting with control of licences, vendor performance and contracts.
• Understanding of digital service delivery, platform strategy and lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of security, compliance, audits and segregation of duties.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication across business owners, product owners, architects and partners.
• Ability to negotiate priorities and lead investments without formal authority.
• Affinity with innovation, data, AI and automation.
• Dutch (native) and English language proficiency.

The focus is on getting more value from an already implemented SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud environment via RISE, alongside SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Field Service Management.
