CRONOS in Belgium is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead Consultant to drive the technical delivery of Salesforce projects from design to implementation. You will work with consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, secure, high-performing solutions.

You combine leadership with hands-on coding, supporting pre-sales, defining architectures, mentoring developers, and contributing code.

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce architecture, integrations, and DevOps is essential.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
• Experience leading technical delivery from design to implementation.

Responsabilités

• Lead technical delivery of Salesforce projects from solution design to implementation.
• Collaborate with consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
• Mentor developers and contribute code, while also supporting pre-sales and defining solution architectures.
• Present ideas and technical approaches effectively in boardroom settings.

As a Salesforce Technical Lead Consultant, you lead the technical delivery of Salesforce projects from solution design to implementation. You work closely with consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

You combine technical leadership with a hands‑on approach. From supporting pre‑sales and defining solution architectures to mentoring developers and contributing code yourself, you’re as comfortable presenting ideas in the boardroom as solving technical challenges in the codebase.

Experience with Salesforce architecture, integrations, and DevOps is essential. Professional proficiency in both Dutch and English is required. Experience in life sciences, regulatory compliance, and data security is a plus.
