Channel Factory, Brussels-based, seeks a Senior Sales Manager to drive revenue growth through strategic agency and client partnerships. The role focuses on managing high-value relationships, winning new business, and positioning Channel Factory as a trusted partner in contextual video advertising.

You will own and grow a portfolio of key relationships, drive new business and lead negotiations across multi-market deals, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful campaign

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital media or video advertising sales.
• Strong network within media agencies and/or major advertisers.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Deep understanding of digital video, YouTube, and the media buying ecosystem.
• Confident communicator in English.
• Dutch/Flemish language skills are a bonus.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution.
