Haleon plc. is seeking a Demand Planner for the Benelux region in Belgium. You will own end-to-end demand planning across channels, drive S&OP processes, and provide actionable insights to support growth and service objectives.

The role requires 2+ years in supply chain planning, strong Excel and SAP/APS skills, and English fluency with Dutch or French as an advantage. You’ll partner with Commercial, Finance and Inventory teams to optimize inventory and product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning or Demand Planning.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end planning processes and SAP/APS experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and data analysis capabilities.
• Fluent in English; Dutch/French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end demand planning for channels and accounts across Benelux.
• Develop consensus forecasts for short- to long-term horizons (0-36 months).
• Integrate insights into demand plans and manage S&OP meetings.
• Collaborate with Inventory Planning to optimize stock and lifecycle.
• Monitor KPIs, investigate variances, and drive improvements.
