SAP SE in Brussels (Belgium) seeks a Demand Management Expert for the Corporate Segment to drive end-to-end demand creation and funnel acceleration across Digital, Field, and Partner-led motions for the Benelux market. You will own the Benelux Demand Management strategy for Corporate accounts, ensuring alignment with Sales, the Digital Hub, Partners and Marketing Operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Demand Generation or Demand Management within a technology/SaaS organization.
• Experience driving pipeline growth for Corporate or Mid-Market segments within Benelux or EMEA.
• Experience partnering with Sales, Digital, and Marketing Operations to optimize funnel performance and ROI.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into strategic recommendations and implement them at pace.
• Strong program management skills, proficient especially in activating virtual teams and secure relevant outcomes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead and evolve the Benelux Demand Management strategy for the Corporate segment, aligned with EMEA and global guidance across Digital, Field, and Partner motions.
• Establish clear frameworks, guidance, and operating rhythms to align Benelux execution with EMEA direction.
• Ensure programs empower in-country execution (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg) with end-to-end messaging, standards, compliance and measurement.
• Structure a demand plan and track against pipeline targets and adjust based on data.
• Partner with all Demand Sources and Solution areas to secure an integrated Demand Generation plan.
• Design and optimize demand programs tailored to Benelux Corporate buying behaviours and market dynamics.
• Identify whitespace in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg; pilot new motions with measurable impact on inbound/outbound pipeline.
• Increase demand efficiency by prioritizing high-yield activities and eliminating low-value tactics.
• Partner with Sales, Digital Hub, Partners and Marketing Operations to improve conversion rates, velocity, and ROI across the funnel.
