Job summary

Rhox in Brussels is seeking a senior project manager to lead cross-team projects across shared technology platforms, coordinating security improvements and cloud adoption while aligning service roadmaps and enabling development teams' autonomy.

The role focuses on coordinating CI/CD programmes, tracking schedules and risks, and reporting progress to stakeholders. Strong experience in DevOps, cloud architectures, security, and project governance is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex technical project management and service portfolio management.
• Strong stakeholder coordination, communication, prioritisation and ability to work independently.
• Understanding of DevOps, infrastructure, databases and middleware, including API Gateway.
• Cloud architecture knowledge: Kubernetes, OpenShift, AWS, Azure and Google Cloud.
• CI/CD and build automation knowledge, including Jenkins.
• Identity, secrets and certificate management, Privileged Access Management and Vault Secret Store.
• Security best practices, encryption, auditability, security frameworks and gap analyses (CyFun, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls).
• Agile, ITIL, PRINCE2 and SLA knowledge.
• Jira and Confluence proficiency.
• French (B2).
• Dutch (B2).
• English (B2).
