About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead and oversee a large-scale company integration project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical project management, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of a company integration project, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with executives, department heads, and cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication, alignment, and commitment throughout the integration process.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges proactively.
• Change Management: Drive change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions for systems, processes, and employees.
• Resource Allocation: Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet project objectives and key milestones.
• Technical Oversight: Collaborate closely with technical teams to integrate IT systems and ensure operational continuity.
• Reporting & Documentation: Provide regular updates and detailed reports to stakeholders on project progress, achievements, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Senior Technical Project Manager or in a similar role, ideally managing large-scale integration projects.

• Extensive experience with systems integration, IT infrastructure, and enterprise technology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of organizational change management principles and practices is a plus.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification (or equivalent) is highly preferred.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.
