DigiTribe is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager in Belgium to lead complex IT initiatives for major players in financial services and regulated industries. You will own delivery from start to finish, aligning business, IT and external stakeholders around clear objectives.

Qualificações

• Proven track record in large organisations, ideally banking/insurance/financial markets.
• Fluent English and French and/or Dutch.

• Ensure compliance with internal methodologies, regulatory requirements and security standards.
• Drive delivery in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid setups, depending on context.
• Report clearly to senior management and sponsors.

DigiTribe is looking for a Senior IT Project Manager in Belgium to lead complex, high-impact IT projects for major players in financial services and other regulated industries. You will own delivery from start to finish, aligning business, IT and external stakeholders around clear objectives.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead IT projects end to end, covering scope, planning, budget, resources, risks and quality.
• Set up and run project governance, including steering committees, reporting and decision logs.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, both internal and external, across business and IT.
• Manage dependencies, risks and issues, and escalat[ion] when needed.
• Ensure compliance with internal methodologies, regulatory requirements and security standards.
• Drive delivery in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid setups, depending on the context.
• Report clearly to senior management and sponsors.

What we’re looking for

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 8 years of experience in IT, including at least 5 years as a Project Manager on complex projects.
• A proven track record in large organisations, ideally in banking, insurance or financial market infrastructure.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, up to C-level.
• Solid knowledge of project methodologies such as PMI, PRINCE2 and Agile/SAFe.
• Experience with budget follow-up, vendor management and multi-team coordination.
• Fluent English, French and/or Dutch.

Nice to have:

• PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner or SAFe certification.
• Experience with regulatory, migration, cloud or transformation programmes.
