Job summary

Fujitsu Belgium seeks two freelance SAP HRIS Project Managers to lead a major HR transformation program. You will steer large-scale SAP Time Management and Workforce Planning initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams across HR, SAP specialists and IT.

The role allows hybrid work with remote days and runs January 2027 through December 2028. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of PM experience, hands-on Quinyx, and a track record implementing ATS platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in large organizations
• Experience managing at least 5 large-scale projects lasting >1 year
• Strong knowledge of SAP HCM and SAP Time Management
• Hands-on experience with Quinyx is mandatory
• Experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment or other ATS platforms
• Experience with ServiceNow and Jira
• Good understanding of HRIS architecture, integrations and workforce management processes
• Experience managing project teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English (min B2)

Remote work: Hybrid, with remote work possible up to 3 days per week

Languages: Dutch, French and English (minimum B2 level in all three)

We are looking for 2 experienced Freelance SAP HRIS Project Managers to join a large-scale HR transformation environment within a major Belgian organization.

The projects will primarily focus on SAP Time Management, Workforce Planning Recruitment/ATS.

• Manage HRIS projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, budget and timeline.
• Coordinate project planning, resources, budgets, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, HR teams, SAP specialists and application owners.
• Monitor project progress and provide clear reporting to steering committees and key stakeholders.
• Drive collaboration between functional and technical teams.
• Ensure alignment with project governance, standards and business objectives.

Required Experience

• 10+ years of relevant Project Management experience within large organizations (10,000+ employees).
• Experience managing at least 5 large-scale projects lasting more than one year.
• Strong knowledge of SAP HCM and SAP Time Management.
• Hands-on project experience with Quinyx is mandatory
• Proven experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment or other ATS platforms.
• Experience with ServiceNow and Jira.
• Good understanding of HRIS architecture, integrations, functional analysis and workforce management processes.
• Experience managing project teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
