invoX Belgium N.V. seeks a proactive Senior Project Manager to lead development and commercialization projects within the PMO.

You will define scope, governance, and detailed plans while coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with corporate objectives. You will monitor progress, manage risks, and report to senior stakeholders, driving continuous improvement in PM processes and tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Operational or scientific pharma experience.
• Proven PM process mastery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage detailed development and commercialization project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and critical paths using PM tools.
• Define project scope, governance, and reporting mechanisms.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Development, Quality, and other functions to ensure on-time, in-full delivery.
• Monitor progress and report to senior stakeholders; lead project meetings.
• Identify and mitigate risks; escalate complex issues to management when needed.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HSE, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement in PM processes and best practices.
