Sopra Steria in Belgium is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join our Life Sciences team. You will define project scopes, timelines and budgets using Agile/Scrum and Prince2 methodologies, while ensuring risk management and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has proven project management experience in Life Sciences, strong GxP knowledge, and excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills to drive complex projects from planning through delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in project management within Life Sciences.
Strong knowledge of GxP regulations and requirements.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams, including scientists, engineers, and regulatory professionals.
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
Ensure all project activities comply with GxP regulations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
Prepare and present project reports to senior management and regulatory authorities.
