Job summary

Star in Belgium (Hainaut) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end capital projects, with knowledge of utilities, HVAC and E&I, in a highly regulated environment. You will guide projects from concept to post-implementation and collaborate with multiple partners to deliver strategic solutions.

The role requires a Master in Engineering, PMP or equivalent preferred, and at least 10 years of project management experience.

Qualifications

• Master degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• PMP certification preferred or equivalent.
• 10+ years of project management experience on capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end capital projects from concept to post-implementation.
• Define and plan projects with business to deliver strategic solutions.
• Manage cost, schedule and cash-flow targets.
• Coordinate with A/E firms or contractors and align with stakeholders.
• Develop execution and communication plans, reporting project status.
