Capgemini is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, cross‑functional initiatives across diverse clients and industries. You will coordinate initiation through delivery, ensuring scope, timelines and budgets are met while aligning business objectives with outcomes.

You will guide senior stakeholders, coach project managers, and drive governance, risk, and financial controls in a hybrid environment. A strategic yet hands‑on leader is needed to thrive in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Higher education degree (Bachelor or Master) and professional verbal proficiency in Dutch or French and English.
• More than 5 years of proven Project Manager experience with delivery of large, complex projects.
• Strong stakeholder management at senior and executive levels, excellent leadership and decision‑making skills.
• Deep expertise in project governance, risk and financial management in Waterfall, Agile and hybrid environments.
• PRINCE2 Foundation, PMI or PMP certification.

Your Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you are responsible for leading projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring objectives are achieved within agreed scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards. Acting as the central point of coordination, you bring structure to complex environments, align stakeholders, proactively manage risks, and drive teams toward successful outcomes. In this role you will play a key role in:
