Sogeti Belgium is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, cross-functional programs and ensure strategic alignment across teams and executives.

You will drive governance, risk and financial management in waterfall, agile, and hybrid environments while coaching project managers and shaping delivery methods. This role offers challenging projects and a hybrid work setup that supports work‑life balance.

Qualifications

• Higher education: Bachelor or Master degree.
• Experience delivering large, complex projects as a Project Manager.
• Strong stakeholder management at senior/executive levels.
• Certification in PRINCE2, PMI or PMP is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead large and complex cross-functional initiatives with high business impact and interface with senior sponsors.
• Define and drive project strategy, governance, delivery approach; oversee planning, execution, risk management and financial control.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and delivery outcomes.
• Lead and coach project managers and teams; establish robust reporting, KPIs and performance monitoring.
• Anticipate risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
• Ensure successful implementation and transition to operations.
