Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Project Manager with an engineering background to lead end-to-end delivery in the pharmaceutical sector. You will act as the main liaison between technical teams and clients, coordinating cross-functional groups to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

The role requires an engineering degree and at least 3 years of PM experience in pharma or life sciences, with strong knowledge of GMP/GDP and FDA/EMA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required with minimum 3 years of project management experience in pharma or life sciences.
• Strong knowledge of pharma regulations and standards (GMP, GDP, FDA, EMA) and experience in regulated environments.
• Fluent English and good level of French; ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end project delivery within the pharmaceutical industry, ensuring on-time, in-scope, and on-budget results.
• Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross-functional engineering teams and ensure clear communication across all project phases.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise processes and add client value.
