• Manage multiple projects from initiation to operational handover.
• Ensure delivery within agreed scope, budget, quality, and timelines.
• Coordinate business, IT, Data teams, and external suppliers.
• Manage risks, dependencies, resources, and conflicting priorities.
• Anticipate issues, propose solutions, and elevate when necessary.
• Collaborate with operational managers, PMO, Business Partner, and ARB.
• Ensure clear reporting and compliance with programme governance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery.
• Apply the PMO methodology and approach.

This role involves leading complex digital transformation projects, ensuring successful delivery, and contributing to the overall transformation roadmap while collaborating closely with business and operational teams.
