Keystone Solutions seeks a Senior Project Manager to coordinate the development and integration of biometric capabilities for a client project. The role is on-site at the client location and requires leading cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and quality.

You will manage multi-actor programs, oversee testing and acceptance, and collaborate with technical architects to align with architectural standards.

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager to coordinate the development and integration of biometric capabilities for a client project. This consultancy mission will involve working on-site at the client location, representing Keystone Solutions while engaging in dynamic projects that enhance public safety through advanced technology.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary coordinator for application developments within the program.
• Plan, organize, monitor, and coordinate activities conducted by various teams involved in the development, integration, and production of solutions.
• Ensure coherence of work performed by internal teams and external providers, following the special specifications and their offers.
• Support the Program Manager in governance, coordination, and overall program management activities.
• Oversee the development related to the management platform for biometric data.
• Organize and coordinate application development team activities, supervising projects related to the management and operation of the platform.
• Ensure interoperability of different solutions, particularly regarding investigations, judicial files, and international reporting.
• Facilitate smooth communication between all involved teams.
• Coordinate operational interfaces with external providers for fingerprint and facial expertise solutions.
• Consolidate schedules of internal teams and external suppliers, monitor milestones and deadlines, and produce indicators and dashboards for tracking.
• Work closely with technical architects to ensure adherence to defined architectural standards.
• Contribute to the establishment of quality processes and acceptance of the public market program.

Requirements:

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to unite diverse stakeholders around a common goal.
• Strong perseverance and the ability to maintain focus in the face of challenges.
• Capacity to manage priorities effectively to meet deadlines and adapt to unforeseen circumstances.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in one of the two national languages; active knowledge of one and passive knowledge of the other is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with the police environment, particularly the Federal Judicial Police, is a valuable asset.
• Technical knowledge in information systems, architecture, and application integration.
• Mastery of project management methodologies, including Agile, SCRUM, and DevOps.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Open Project, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
• Ability to manage multi-actor programs and oversee software testing, validation, and acceptance processes.
