Job summary

Arcus Search is seeking a Senior Project Leader to own end-to-end delivery of complex Epics in Brussels, collaborating across corporate functions, IT, security, data and suppliers. You will translate business needs into clear roadmaps, manage plans, budgets and risks, and lead cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading large, complex technology-enabled transformations.
• Affinity with corporate functions such as Finance, HR, Risk, Audit, Compliance or Legal.
• Strong delivery discipline across planning, budgeting, resources, risk and governance.
• Experience delivering packaged software, ERP, SaaS, cloud-hosted or cross-platform implementations.
• Ability to engage, influence and challenge senior stakeholders across organisations.
• Practical experience of Agile delivery frameworks.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of one or more complex Epics or projects across functions, technology teams and suppliers.
• Translate strategic objectives into a clear delivery roadmap, scope, milestones and outcomes.
• Build and maintain integrated plans covering resources, budget, procurement, risks and releases.
• Mobilise and lead cross-functional teams to ensure momentum and collaboration.
• Identify impacts across the wider ecosystem and drive mitigation.
• Manage scope, issues, risks and changes with governance and escalation.
