Johnson & Johnson in Geel, Belgium, is recruiting an Experienced Project Engineer to deliver chemical API projects within the GET organization. The role focuses on process equipment engineering, design, procurement, commissioning, and handover to operations.

Ideal candidates hold a master's degree in science/engineering, are independent, and excel in problem-solving, safety, and quality compliance while coordinating with stakeholders across the organization.

• Master's degree in a science/tech/engineering field

• Experience with process equipment engineering and project management preferred or willingness to learn

Responsabilités

• Act as engineering SME for API process equipment across design, procurement, commissioning, handover
• Provide project leadership from inception to completion
• Align project sponsor and core/extended team to project objectives
• Prepare project intake with scoping, business case, and options for approval
• Plan, track and report on key project deliverables and objectives
• Manage project finances and budget allocation during execution
• Apply risk management to identify and mitigate project risks
• Lead project close-out: handover, archiving, financial closure, lessons learned
