• Senior level governance across multi-stakeholders.
• Expert in application integration and interoperability.
• Proficient in project management methods: Agile, Waterfall, PMBOK, PRINCE2.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain programme vision, roadmap, phases and deployment waves.
• Coordinate business workshops; translate requirements into functional blocks.
• Define target IS architectures and ensure fit-for-purpose integration.
• Coordinate application ecosystem: heritage data, citizen portal, GIS, web portals.
• Prepare and defend funding requests; monitor procurement; steer service centres and suppliers.
• Oversee end-to-end testing, production releases and go-lives.
• Lead data governance, migrations and data publication.
• Coordinate change management: training and communication.
• Ensure rollout and service delivery management across business and IT.
