Job summary

Deel is hiring a Senior Product Designer to join our Website team, owning CRO for deel.com and landing pages. You will design, test, and ship experiences that convert visitors into pipeline, taking ownership of ambiguous, high-stakes problems on top traffic surfaces.

You’ll defend both pixel-perfect layouts and conversion hypotheses with stakeholders. A growth mindset is essential as you explore new tests and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product design experience with end-to-end ownership of web design.
• Experience in CRO, A/B testing, and experimentation with hypotheses and metrics.
• Exceptional craft and UI skills, with high-converting web/landing page work.
• Growth mindset with a willingness to learn from launches and tests.

Responsibilities

• Own CRO end-to-end on the website and landing pages, from hypothesis to shipped experiments.
• Design and run rapid experiments; define problem statements and success metrics.
• Deliver top-tier craft; ensure pages are on-brand and scalable with the design system.
• Translate business goals into customer language for pages and flows.
• Use storytelling to drive conversion on landing pages and campaigns.
• Collaborate with growth PMs, engineers, data analysts, and marketers to ship on time.
• Support product launches with landing pages and web experiences.
• Mentor teammates in craft and experimentation rigor.
