Dalton AI, based in Ghent, Belgium, is hiring its first dedicated designer to cover brand/content design and the UI/UX of the platform. You’ll work directly with the founders, owning output end-to-end and influencing product decisions where design and user experience matter most.

You’ll design social content, website assets and in-product UI/UX, ensuring a cohesive visual identity across product, website and marketing materials.

Dalton is an AI-native CRO and website optimization platform for online stores, based in Ghent. We help e-commerce teams run smarter experiments and see, per variant, what actually moves conversion, replacing guesswork with a system that tests and learns on its own.

We're a small team: two founders, three engineers, and a Customer Success Manager. Standards are high, and the pace is fast; we'd rather fix things in the room than in a meeting.

The role

Dalton is hiring its first dedicated designer, covering two fronts: everything customers and prospects see (social content, the website, sales and marketing assets) and the UI/UX of the platform itself. You'll work directly with the founders, with real ownership over your output and a voice in product decisions where design and user experience are on the line.

What you'll do

• Design social posts and content assets (LinkedIn, ads, one-pagers, decks) at a pace that keeps up with an active content calendar
• Design and maintain pages and components on getdalton.com
• Design UI/UX for the Dalton platform: new features, flows, and improving what already exists, working closely with engineering
• Bring a product mindset to your design work: question flows, propose better ones, and have a voice in what we build
• Keep one consistent visual identity across product, website, and content

What we're looking for

• A portfolio that shows both brand/content design and product UI/UX, not just one side
• Strong craft: typography, layout, visual systems, and a clear eye for what looks professional and converts
• Product thinking: you understand user flows and information hierarchy, and can explain why a design choice helps or hurts conversion or usability
• Fast and self-directed. Comfortable with ambiguity, and used to owning your output end-to-end on a small team
• Driven and exceptional: high personal standards, and you push quality up rather than wait for direction
• Open on years of experience. What matters more is talent and drive than a fixed seniority level

• Experience designing or animating short videos or motion graphics, for social or product explainers
