Deel is hiring for a client-facing onboarding/CS role. You will migrate customers from acquired entities to the Deel platform and manage onboarding programs, acting as a trusted advisor while coordinating with Sales, Support, Operations, Product and Engineering.

You will guide onboarding, report progress, and champion new Deel capabilities to expand client usage. The position requires strong organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years experience in a Customer Onboarding or Customer Success role for a B2B SaaS product.
• Ability to learn systems quickly to support clients and internal teams.
• Comfort with large data sets and data transformation concepts.

Responsabilités

• Set up project plans with deliverable dates using appropriate tools.
• Oversee regular customer status meetings and reporting.
• Lead data migrations from acquired companies to Deel and perform QA checks.
