You will partner with Sales, Operations, Finance and Product to develop competitive, value-based pricing, manage tenders, and implement dynamic pricing and margin optimisation. Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Pricing, Commercial, Revenue Management, or Strategic Sales.
• Logistics, Parcel, Transport, Supply Chain, or E-commerce experience.
• Proven dynamic pricing and tender management expertise.
• Strong commercial modelling and negotiation skills.
• Experience influencing multi-disciplinary teams without direct authority.
• Track record of driving growth through both hunting and strategic account development.

• Lead deal-based pricing and tender responses.
