Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Senior International Pricing Analyst in Mechelen, Belgium (1-2 days on site). You will drive profitable growth by turning data into actionable pricing strategies across international markets.

The role requires strong analytics, a finance/economics/data analytics background, and advanced Excel and Power BI skills. Fluency in English is essential; other European languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics or related field.
• Experience in pricing, commercial finance, margin management or business analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting/visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Analyze price, volume, mix, discount and margin across International to identify risks and opportunities.
• Deliver timely reporting, dashboards and insights to pricing governance and decisions.
• Partner with Sales, Finance and global teams to evaluate profitability and deal economics.
• Build financial models and scenario analyses for pricing changes.
• Expand data collection of market-based metrics and maintain price architecture.
