Bpost in Belgium seeks a Pricing & Commercial Manager to own pricing and the commercial architecture of its parcels portfolio, spanning pilot to scale. The role combines pricing leadership with deal discipline to shape value propositions and profitability in a growing B2B business.

You will collaborate with Product, Sales and Finance to price for value, set guardrails, and build tools that speed commercial decisions, while ensuring governance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Commercial Engineering, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in pricing, commercial management or deal-related roles.
• B2B pricing, deal structuring and profitability analysis are preferred.
• Experience in logistics, e-commerce or transport is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own price positioning across the full lifecycle—from pilot pricing to structural pricing at scale.
• Structure complex deals with commercial modelling, margin steering and concessions.
• Set pricing guardrails to enable Sales speed within defined boundaries.
• Build quoting tools for new and pilot products and defend pricing positions.
• Govern price governance and review major deals for continuous improvement.
