BESIX Invest, part of the BESIX Group, is seeking a seasoned professional to lead PPP/DBFM(O) bid submissions across Europe. You will coordinate cross-disciplinary teams, review tender documents, and drive high-quality proposals while aligning with group standards.

The role emphasizes collaboration with partners, clients and authorities, with travel across Europe as needed. A senior, strategic negotiator with strong finance and legal understanding will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Ten years of experience in developing large-scale complex projects.
• Experience in tendering and/or bid management.
• Master's degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture, Business Engineering, Economics or Law or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of PPP structures (DBFM, DBFMO, concessions).
• Knowledge of contractual, legal and financial aspects and risk evaluation.
• Dutch native speaker (or near-native), fluent in English, good knowledge of French.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe.

Responsabilités

• Take responsibility for PPP/DBFM(O) bid submissions from early stages to financial close (on SPV level).
• Lead or participate in bid teams with consortium partners.
• Review tender documentation and coordinate with technical staff, clients, partners, suppliers and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate interaction between design, construction, finance, legal and maintenance to optimize solutions.
• Assist with preparation of final bid documents and report to BESIX senior management.
• Set and maintain BESIX high quality standards and group rules in process and end products.
• Identify opportunities to generate additional business within Europe and beyond.
