BESIX Group in Belgium seeks a senior Corporate and Project Finance Manager reporting to the BESIX Power Director. This senior, hands-on role targets shaping and executing the M&A strategy to support growth through investments, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships in the renewable energy sector.

You will develop investment models, negotiate contracts (PPA, EPC, O&M/LTSA), ensure bankability, and monitor performance while coordinating with cross-functional teams and external advisors to

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required with strong finance background.
• 7-10 years of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory or project finance.
• Strong financial modelling skills and understanding of project and corporate finance.
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage work under pressure and influence stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead buy-side M&A transactions and financial due diligence.
• Build and stress-test investment models and present outputs to the Director.
• Negotiate and optimise key project contracts (PPA, EPC, O&M/LTSA).
• Ensure projects meet bankability requirements and optimize cost of capital.
• Contribute to portfolio strategy and monitor portfolio performance with KPIs.
• Oversee budgeting, invoicing and financial reporting for BESIX Power.
