Job summary

Catalay in Belgium seeks a PMO / Project Manager to support a complex EPC/EPCM program. You will consolidate planning, cost, risk and KPI data to drive decisions and reporting for the client.

You will supervise scheduling in MS Project, manage interfaces across Engineering, Procurement and Construction, and deliver weekly and monthly client reports. Fluent French and English required.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent experience in industrial project execution.
• 8+ years in project management, PMO, project controls, engineering or construction on EPC/EPCM or complex industrial projects.
• Solid understanding of interfaces between Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Planning and Cost Control.
• Advanced command of MS Project, Excel (dashboards), Power BI and Microsoft 365.
• Rigour, autonomy and the ability to challenge data before consolidation; fluent in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate, analyse and summarise project information for the Project Manager and prepare decision points.
• Track the project schedule in MS Project, coordinating with the planner and dashboards.
• Consolidate CAPEX, financial commitments and cost forecasts using project controls tools.
• Define and monitor Engineering, Procurement and Construction KPIs.
• Maintain the action log and risk/opportunity register; prepare coordination meetings and minutes.
• Produce weekly and monthly client reports and Steering Committee packs.
