Job summary

Cyclops is seeking a Senior Project Manager to deliver multidisciplinary EPC and CapEx projects across diverse sectors. You will oversee project execution, safety, quality, budget, and schedule, while managing stakeholders and project controls.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams and acting as Owner's representative for clients. Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in engineering (or equivalent) with 5+ years in project management, fluent in English and Dutch, and willing to travel.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering or a technical Bachelor's degree with equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a project manager and proven record leading large CapEx or EPC projects.
• Strong people management and communication skills to motivate project teams.
• Proactive, 'make-it-happen' mentality.
• Resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel within a reasonable distance to the client.
• Experience with Office Suite and Microsoft Project is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Deliver multidisciplinary, complex EPC and CapEx projects.
• Organize work to ensure safety, quality, timeliness and budget compliance.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and project controls at a high level.
• Act as Owner's representative for clients or as part of a larger project team.
