Job summary

BNP Paribas Fortis is seeking a Senior PMO for an AML program within the Transformation Office in Brussels. The assignment runs from 30 September 2026 to 30 September 2027 with a 50% on-site and 50% remote working pattern.

You will coordinate multiple workstreams, maintain RAID logs, organize steering committees, and ensure delivery of milestones while strengthening governance, reporting and resource planning.

Qualifications

• Two years of PMO, project coordination or similar experience.
• Master's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Excellent command of English plus Dutch or French.

Responsibilities

• Track deliverables across multiple workstreams and ensure deadlines are met.
• Maintain RAID, action items and decisions with proactive follow-up.
• Organize status meetings, steering committees and workshops with clear minutes.
• Escalate blockers promptly to the program manager or sponsor.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies to keep handoffs on schedule.
• Support resource planning and governance documentation consistency.
