Job summary

Rhox is seeking a senior PMO to keep an AML programme on track across multiple workstreams in Belgium. You will coordinate stakeholders and track commitments through to delivery.

You will organise status meetings, escalate blockers, support resource planning, and maintain governance documentation. Fluency in Dutch or French at C1 and English at C1 are required.

Qualifications

• At least two years as a PMO, project coordinator or equivalent.
• Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• MS Office proficiency for reporting and tracking.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience managing RAID logs (risks, actions, issues, decisions) to closure.
• Experience preparing status reports for management and steering committees.
• Persistent, diplomatic follow-up and confidence to challenge missed commitments.
• Independent working, attention to detail and calm under competing priorities.
• Dutch or French, C1.
• English, C1.
