Asenium Consulting is seeking a Senior Business Program Manager to lead complex programs in the banking sector. You will coordinate business and IT teams, oversee governance, and drive delivery, resource planning, and financial management.

The role is hybrid in Brussels (50% on-site, 50% remote) with regular travel to Paris for meetings. You will develop program plans, manage boards, monitor progress, and ensure stakeholder alignment.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of experience leading complex programs in business and IT.
• Experience working across business and IT teams.
• Knowledge of banking business and workflow processes.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools: Agile, PRINCE2, PMBOK.
• Familiarity with IT systems.
• Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, structured, customer-oriented approach, with ability to lead teams.
• Willingness to travel regularly to Paris.
