Job summary

ProjecTTech in Belgium seeks an experienced PMO/Planner to manage planning, costs, and risks across large industrial programs. The role begins in office-based preparation, then moves to on-site support during execution phases.

Ideal candidates hold an engineering degree with 15+ years in PMO roles and strong English; defense sector experience is highly valued. Expect collaboration with technical teams, clients, and partners.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 15 years of experience as PMO, Planner, or Project Controls on large-scale industrial projects.
• Experience in the Defence sector is highly appreciated.
• Professional English is mandatory, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and optimize project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Define critical paths, analyze deviations, and propose corrective action plans.
• Ensure the monitoring of project progress in terms of timelines, costs, and performance.
• Identify, assess, and monitor project risks as well as mitigation actions.
• Produce dashboards, performance indicators, and reports intended for management.
• Participate in coordination meetings with technical teams, clients, and partners.
• Support teams during on-site execution phases to ensure compliance with schedule and budget objectives.
• Contribute to the improvement of project management methods, processes, and tools.
